I’ve been into fitness since getting great results from a running program at age 20.
Despite playing several sports while growing up in, it was the big changes in fitness, from running around the streets of Belrose, that got me hooked.
Sticking with that 10 week program taught me the power of committing to a personal program.
This includes managing the gym floor of a large Sydney CBD health club, instructing over 500 boxercise classes for corporates & school children, presenting to companies such as HSBC & Optus and designing programs for semi-professional athletes and teams.
That's in addition to thousands of Personal Training sessions for clients ranging from children to 80 year olds, to middle aged corporates. As well as training and rehab for those with knee & back injuries and sufferers of stroke and brain damage.
The fitness industry has grown to include a broader, yet more confusing range of options. I use my experience to bring clarity for clients and make precious training time effective.
Apart from all that I’ve recently been competing in Obstacle Course Racing and 5-7km fun runs. This has brought new life to my training and new perspectives on how to get optimal performance from the body.
In my spare time I enjoy golf, bushwalking, having a beer with friends and watching comedy.
